I’ve been a State Farm agent for seven years and have been with State Farm for nearly 12 years, starting my career right out of college. Growing up locally and graduating from Unioto High School, I’ve always had strong ties to this community and enjoy serving the people who live here.

Outside of the office, I stay active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, local athletics like the YMCA basketball league, and the running community. Being involved locally is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shane Maier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
